The service here is always incredibly prompt. My schedule doesn't allow for much time without my car and Broadway Imports always works with me to get it done in as timely a manner as possible. Everyone is very friendly and also informative about whatever is going on with my car. This is the only place I'll go for car repair.

I like these guys, They don't try to up sell you on stuff you don't need. They use good parts and are very reasonable. I've been going here for years and dig them.

quick, fast service

I had a very positive experience at Broadway Import Auto. I called a couple of days in advance, they scheduled me quickly and when I brought the vehicle in, they completed the inspection in under two hours. The person helping me was extremely helpful and gave me his professional opinion about the condition of the vehicle I was having inspected. I will definitely return the next time I need a trustworthy mechanic.

Single mom w kids, very needy (restrooms, kids in the waiting area, car full of stuff to unload, very cool w AC, i had no extra money, i had no time). They fixed my broken taillight, they throw in the small things. So far they're very sweet! Thorough check of my car. So far so good, will write another review when my car is done.

Friendly service and quality work performed on a variety of services provided. The car came back running great and required no further attention. One complaint is that the interior of the car, mainly the steering wheel and shifter knob were filthy with grime, which makes for an unpleasant initial driving experience. That detail is easily prevented.

This auto shop has the most amazing service. I brought my Porsche in for an issue with my front lights and front blinkers. They fixed all my issues plus some. They not only sold me a discounted head light that would of elsewhere cost me double or triple but they also secured the main issue; and that was lock down the right front tray that holds the light. I had to bring in my car 3 or 4 times since the original light replacements do to this being an issue. E#very time I walked away with a zero balance invoice. I promise that I will not go anywhere else than this shop for all of my auto service needs including my lube and oil change. Thank you Broadway for your five star service!
