Every time I bring my car to Broadway Imports, the service is quick, professional and explained to me in terms I can understand. The prices are great, it's easy to make an appointment or speak with a mechanic and they save me lots of extra money and hassle from going to a shop that doesn't specialize in Toyotas. 10/10 recommend!

Always wonderful- no frills but just honest, dependable service. In the many years I have taken my car to them, they have never tried to upsell me once and are honest and direct with how urgent/serious issues are and are always willing to explain whats going on and my various options without being condescending (as a woman, this isnt always the case at other places). If you want to trust that your mechanic has your back, bring your car to these guys!

All my experiences at Broadway Imports have been very positive. They know their stuff, share their expertise, and give problem solving advice before they work on the car. I swear half the times Ive gone there they offered a solution I could do myself without charging me! When I have needed actual repairs the work has been done right for a reasonable cost. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Ive used Broadway for years but I went elsewhere because of convenience. Big mistake. Broadway fixed the problems introduced by the other shop, at a very reasonable price. I wont go anywhere else.
