Great service

I have had consistently excellent experiences with Derrick in servicing my Volvo XC70. He only does what is necessary, and treats the customer and the vehicle as if he were the car owner. His business philosophy is old-fashioned -- that if you treat customers honestly and well, and provide a very positive value proposition, that the business is more likely to retain those customers over time. I was treated very differently at Jim Fisher Volvo, where I felt the service shop viewed me as a profit center, to be sold to....Can't recommend Derrick more highly...

The guys at Broadway Import work very hard and are very sincere. They are a bit slow however.

These technicians are truly the best in Portland. The shop offers nothing but professionalism and honesty. Not only do I recommend this business, I have trusted them with my own personal vehicles. These guys really know VW's, and have brought by 1999 Jetta back from the dead, and made it a nice car again. I hope to get another 200,000 miles out of now!

I have used Broadway imports many times for work on our honda and mazda. They provide consistently good work, fair prices and seem to care about customer satisfaction. They have also been willing to troubleshoot at no cost when I've brought them my tent trailer hooked up to my car with problems. Thanks guys!

I've known Derek for 10 years and have been bringing our cars to him since he purchased this business 7-8 years ago. I'm born and raised in Portland and speak from experience in that he is one of the most honest, straight-shooting, no BS people I know. Considering the majority of these reviews are 5's and a couple people with 1s, do yourself a favor and trust the majority. Derek is honest, communicates well and has a great reputation in the Portland business community. When you're a local, you have no reason to not be honest and treat customers well, and he adheres to this every day.
