I have taken my old Mercedes to Derrick and always walked away having had a positive experience. He has offered me a number of free quotes on basic repairs and when a job was beyond his expertise, Derrick has been quick to refer me to another shop that would be better suited for the task. It can be difficult to find an honest mechanic and I would encourage any one to shop around on major repairs, but Broadway has been good to me.

Broadway Imports is always a reliable place to bring my Mazda Tribute. They are a bit slower than dealerships, butthey listen and get the job done.

Service was quick, responsive and reasonably priced.

As always, Broadway Import Auto has provided great service. Communication, term around time, and honesty were well delivered. Derek is a great guy too.

Derek is very helpful and straightforward. Personal service, treated like a real customer -- not "corporate dealer service" in the least, though Derek has that pedigree and know-how. I have taken my Volvo XC70 there for service and maintenance several times, and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.
