I have had my car here for repairs several times and Derek and his staff have been superb. Not being much of a car person, I am grateful that they take the time to inform you of exactly what they see is wrong and prioritize the work. I am highly doubtful of the low reviews on this site. I have always found Derek and his staff to be very upfront and honest with the work they that do, and very transparent about what they see. They don't do work that doesn't need to be done. On top of all this, their prices are very competitive. Highly recommended!

Derrick at Broadway Imports has been the most honest auto mechanic I have ever dealt with. He has integrity and has, in the process, saved me a lot of $ on repairs. I'll be sending as many referrals as possible.

quick turn around on a car that suddenly wouldn't start. Quickly diagnosed the problem as being build up in the distributor instead of the fuel pump not working and had the car back on the road the same day as going in. Thanks!

I have been coming to Broadway Imports for more than 5 years and have had nothing but extremely positive experiences. They are always straightforward and clear about what they are going to fix, and find the most affordable options, and get the problems fixed quickly. I had a very used car that had all kinds of problems and they were very good at taking care of it despite its issues - and told me when it was time to quit sinking my money into it. I get all maintenance and oil changes done here and couldn't be happier with the level of customer service (Derek is the best) and the quality of work. Highly recommended!

I've been taking my 1995 Mitsubishi 3000 BR-4 to Derek at Broadway Imports for several years. Even though he only sees this car a few times a year, he calls me by name and remembers the details about the car. I have always felt that his shop was good at diagnosing the problem, Derek has always communicated well with me about the cost of repair before doing the job and has been very fair in what he charges. Two weeks ago I left it with him because two of the dash lights were on. It's a 20 year old car and I expected a repair bill. Turns out the coolant light was just a lack of water in the overflow/wiper container and the other light was the anti-lock brake light which after checking the pads and rotors, turned the light off because nothing was needed. The wobbly feeling in the steering was a damaged tire (he doesn't sell tires) and a recommendation that I take it in for alignment. I might add that this car is a fairly old car with a complex high performance motor. I plan to patronize this shop for the foreseeable future.

I have been taking my cars to Broadway for several years. To the absolute best of my knowledge these guys have always been honest and affordable. They have been very upfront with me regarding a few things, that to me, speak volumes to their integrity. (i.e. "we could fix this for $XXXX or you could just bypass it by doing XXXX for free." or "seriously, dont spend your money replacing the engine in your 91 Geo, its not worth it, get a different car." The owner is a nice guy that always remembers not just me, but specific issues i have had with my cars after long periods of time, which to me says that he is invested in me as a client and involved enough with every vehicle to remember its repair history. I would and do recommend this shop to friends and family.
