This place is the BEST. Super reasonable and they really know their stuff. I have been taking my car here for a few years since I found them and won't trust anyone else with repairs and maintenance (after learning a hard "why not to get an oil change at Oil Can Henry's" lesson). Great customer service too, even for a pretty clueless car owner such as myself. Can't recommend this place enough!!

Friendly, accommodating, honest service. I've taken my Volvo here a couple times for issues and they always find the best, most economically viable solution to my problem. They replaced a battery on warranty even though the battery itself wasn't faulty, it was a wiring issue that they didn't notice the first time I got the battery replaced. They solved the problem so it wouldn't happen again. My most recent visit they diagnosed a couple of issues that another shop had missed and they took the time to give me the knowledge I needed to correctly understand the problem and take it back to the other shop. Plus, they did so without charging me anything and loaned me a part in the meantime. Really appreciate this shop.

I have had my car here for repairs several times and Derek and his staff have been superb. Not being much of a car person, I am grateful that they take the time to inform you of exactly what they see is wrong and prioritize the work. I am highly doubtful of the low reviews on this site. I have always found Derek and his staff to be very upfront and honest with the work they that do, and very transparent about what they see. They don't do work that doesn't need to be done. On top of all this, their prices are very competitive. Highly recommended!

Derrick at Broadway Imports has been the most honest auto mechanic I have ever dealt with. He has integrity and has, in the process, saved me a lot of $ on repairs. I'll be sending as many referrals as possible.

quick turn around on a car that suddenly wouldn't start. Quickly diagnosed the problem as being build up in the distributor instead of the fuel pump not working and had the car back on the road the same day as going in. Thanks!

I have been coming to Broadway Imports for more than 5 years and have had nothing but extremely positive experiences. They are always straightforward and clear about what they are going to fix, and find the most affordable options, and get the problems fixed quickly. I had a very used car that had all kinds of problems and they were very good at taking care of it despite its issues - and told me when it was time to quit sinking my money into it. I get all maintenance and oil changes done here and couldn't be happier with the level of customer service (Derek is the best) and the quality of work. Highly recommended!
