Broadway Import was quick to get my car serviced before an upcoming road trip. They adjusted their schedule to get me in and out quickly, were kind and courteous, and their prices were competitive. I will be going back to Broadway Import for my next maintenance.

We had not been to the shop for many years. I had a great experience. I appreciated their expertise and honesty on my VW. The customer service was excellent. They even gave me a ride home. I will be back!

I have done business in the area for years, Shopping, Haircuts, Chiropractor, Pet Supplies, and had never needed an Auto Service - until the other day. The dashboard cluster lit up - ignition was delayed - check engine soon was screaming at me....and to add insult to injury; I pulled the rear passenger side door handle and it snapped off in my hand. I gave it a go. Derek and Dan not only got me in and back on the road - they told me I didn't need a front brake job yet - which saved me a considerable amount. I hope that I can take all my cars here if this is what I can expect for care and service. Give it a go....

This place is very professional and courteous. Dan and Derek are top notch. They were upfront with all the particulars of the car including price. They even coached me on better ways to keep up my SUV as well as things to watch for. I just bought a used BMW X5 as was very apprehensive of the condition. The service to repair on my car ( ignition ) was prompt, professional and courteous. I had the same experience when they overhauled the engine a couple of years ago, including timing belt. My Honda CRV is running like a top!I also had questions recently about purchasing a new car with low miles. I have worked with Derek at Broadway Import for a few years now, always enjoy going to see him, very personable. Late last year I had a radiator blow up on my SUV and immediately thought to call Derek. It was nearly noon and I was concerned I would be without the car for at least a full day, if not many. They said to have the tow truck bring to them and they'll see if they can get to it the same day! They did get to it, they fixed what was wrong and the price was very fair. Saved my day.
