I brought my car in for what seemed to be an issue with my battery. Derek and his team did a complete check on my car, and gave me a list of the issues with my (very) old vehicle, the cost, what were its urgent needs, and what could wait. I'm so appreciative to know exactly what's going on with my car, especially given its age, and to now have a plan. And the best part? The cost wasn't even CLOSE to as much as I would've expected. I'd highly recommend Broadway Import to anyone!

BIAS saved me over $300.00 from what the dealer wanted for work on my 4Runner. They found the dealer was recommending work that was not necessary or that had already been done. I’ll use this outfit again.

This place is amazing! I quit using the Toyota dealer for service and repairs a couple of years ago. I had finally had it with insane charges and what appeared to be bogus problems needing expensive repairs. I moved over to Broadway Imports. The service work is great and the prices are reasonable. They are just nice people too. I am having some major surgery and had appts, errands and all sorts of things that I needed my car for. And all of a sudden when returning from a Dr's appt my engine light came on. I drove straight to Broadway Imports. They diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes, got the part from their supplier in about 20 minutes and had it fixed before I finished shopping across the street at Fred Meyer. They are wonderful. I'll never go anywhere else.
