I brought my ten year old Honda Element to Broadway Import Auto Service in anticipation of taking it on a 5,000 mile road trip, asking them to check anything and everything that could go wrong. A lot of places would have seized that as an opportunity to take me to the cleaners, as I would have done anything they said was necessary. Instead I left paying only a couple hundred bucks on a couple key things. These guys are honest, kind, and know Hondas backwards and forwards. I will only be bringing my car to them from now on.

I brought my car in for what seemed to be an issue with my battery. Derek and his team did a complete check on my car, and gave me a list of the issues with my (very) old vehicle, the cost, what were its urgent needs, and what could wait. I'm so appreciative to know exactly what's going on with my car, especially given its age, and to now have a plan. And the best part? The cost wasn't even CLOSE to as much as I would've expected.
