I have been using Broadway Imports for my two Toyotas for maybe eight years and I remain very satisfied. Derek and Dan are very knowledgeable, fair, honest, and finish the work promptly. I have asked advice about new cars and they are very up to date on current models. I am happy to have them in my neighborhood and look forward to many more years of good service.

This was my first ever experience with Broadway Import after i met with Dan he gave me a good estimate of my Maintenance needs, i was able to make an appointment online it was very convenient, after i dropped off my vehicle the repairs were made quickly and i was back on the road, they did a great job and have earned another customer.

This is a great shop that’s run by a great bunch of guys. They always do great work at a reasonable price, and they’re not trying to constantly up sell you on stuff you don’t need. They will make it clear what has to be done now but also give you info on stuff you will eventually need to do without being pushy or making you feel pressured. Their work is always top quality and done in a very reasonable timeframe. I’d recommend this shop to anyone that needs work done.

Making an appointment is always extremely easy with their only appointment scheduling. Waiting time is minimal. High level of communication on repairs and costs. Most important is as a female, I never feel like I'm being upsold, talked down to or taken advantage of. The prices are always reasonable for the repair or maintenance. I've literally dropped off my car saying there is a "whir" or that "my engine sounds loud" and one time I needed a new alternator and the other time there was nothing to repair and I wasn't charged a dime for their time and efforts. I've been taking my car here for 3 or 4 years now and I rely on them for as much of my car work as possible. Highly, highly recommend.
