I needed a routine oil change and tire rotation for my Acura. Price was fair and the same day I called, the men at Broadway Imports told me to bring it in as they could possibly squeeze me in same day. Sure enough they fulfilled their promise. They called me to educate me about my cabin filter needing to be replaced. I accepted and checked their work, they did replace the filter, it was nice and clean and the air smelled fresh. Some shops are dishonest about add on repairs. Thank you Broadway Imports for always being fast, reliable and honest. You rock.

Valuable service as their computer activity records provide a comprehensive picture of potential work to be carried out , such as replacing parts-a cabin filter - that can be ordered for another day; if reselling or trading in a vehicle- the history in accurate.

I really appreciated Derek taking my car when I didn’t have an appointment. The work was completed quickly and the process explained to me. I will use them again.

Two recommendations led me here for a LOF. I didn’t think the car didn’t need anything else but they pointed out something safety related that they’ll take care of as soon as the part comes in. Plus they washed my car!

This shop was recommended to me by a coworker and I'm happy with the results. The employee I spoke with prior to the repair gave me several options including one repair method they hadn't tried yet but was more than $300 less. I accepted and it worked out great. Usually shops just give you a robotic quote response but I could tell the folks at Broadway were really interested in helping me save money and providing good service, which they delivered quickly. If I have to get another repair done on my wife's VW I won't hesitate to return.
